With a deep appreciation for relationships, community, and continuous growth, Scott brings a unique background to the world of banking. A former neighbor – then Senior Lending Officer – once told him, “We can teach you banking, but we can’t teach connections and personality.” That insight sparked his journey into finance, where he's built a successful career rooted in trust, service, and genuine connection.

Outside of the office, Scott is just as active and engaged. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, whether that's hitting the golf course, traveling, or just being together outdoors. A natural coach and mentor, he’s spent time coaching youth sports, combining his love for competition with the joy of helping others grow. His passion for real estate investing also keeps him learning and evolving, as does his commitment to staying physically active and leading by example in all areas of life.
