Blue Ridge Bank hosts students for the VBA Bank Day Scholarship Program

On March 22nd, 2023, branches across our footprint hosted more than 20 students for the VBA Bank Day Scholarship Program. Students shadowed #teamBRB to learn more about the banking industry, careers in banking, financial services, and our vital role in the communities we serve. Bankers also shared how students can manage their financial future, the importance of establishing and how to manage credit, resume advice, and more.

These students now have the opportunity to compete for up to $7,500 in scholarships from the Virginia Bankers Association for writing an essay on their experience.
