Dream Fields plays host to Lancaster County Little League and Lancaster Varsity, JV and Middle School baseball and softball programs. During recent years, it has become clear that a project is needed to address three main issues due to the expanded use.
Move parking lot from the center of complex to southwest corner. This would include incorporating designed entrances and exits so that event traffic would flow in one direction.
To hook into Town of Kilmarnock water and sewer systems to accommodate larger crowds.
Build a larger concession stand that could service the park at capacity with room for storage, both dry and cold.
Along with these changes, continued ongoing improvements including new fencing and lighting on the existing fields will be necessary due to age and use.
