STEPHEN KIMBERLIN, CPA, of Forv/s

Stephen has more than 14 years of public accounting and tax experience. He works directly with privately held and public companies, including clients in the private equity and consumer products industries. Stephen serves as the team lead on federal and state income tax compliance and planning engagements. He also works directly with assurance teams to prepare and audit ASC 740 calculations and disclosures. In addition to his compliance services, Stephen develops strategy with clients to leverage tax account methods, tax credits and other strategies to optimize tax positions and minimize liabilities.
