Phil brings over 27 years of experience in commercial banking, with a career dedicated to serving the financial needs of community bank clients. He has extensive expertise in financing solutions for commercial real estate, commercial and residential construction, and acquisition and development projects.
A life-long resident of Hampton Roads, Phil is a graduate of Norfolk Collegiate School and Radford University. He has also completed advanced executive banking programs, including the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia and the Virginia Bankers Association Executive Leadership Institute.
