Rob began his banking career as a community banker in Central Georgia after graduating from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. Over the past 20 years, he has gained experience across multiple areas of the banking industry, including retail banking, credit analysis and review, and commercial banking. Rob chose a career in banking out of a desire to support individuals and business owners while serving the communities in which he lives and works.
Rob and his wife, Claire, moved back to Richmond—her hometown—more than 15 years ago and have enjoyed becoming active members of the community. Outside of work, Rob enjoys the outdoors and supporting his two children in their athletic and performing arts activities.
