With over 25 years of industry experience, Dale Schuurman is a seasoned and accomplished community banking leader. As Hampton Roads Market President, Dale oversees the eastern Virginia banking portfolio, directs regional strategy, and fosters deep relationships with clients and stakeholders. Dale has attended the Stonier Graduate School of Bank Management at Penn as well as the School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Dale lives in Norfolk, Virginia with his wife, Daisy, and 4-year-old golden-doodle, Moose. He hopes his three daughters come home occasionally to visit.
