Many of our ATMs across our footprint have been upgraded with the remaining being completed by the end of January. These ATMs come with new capabilities that allow you to make deposits and transfers between accounts. There are also enhanced security features to protect you against data and cyber threats, such as skimming.

Our ATMs approach skimming from a different angle, literally by requiring you to insert your debit card into the reader via the long edge, instead of the traditional short edge. While this change is intended to keep your information safe you may notice that this is different than what you are used to.

By shifting a card's angle 90 degrees, our ATMs aim to prevent skimming devices from reading the card's full magnetic stripe, eliminating the devices' ability to steal card data. In addition to effectively protecting you against skimming, The encrypted card reader prevents criminal modification eliminates the ability for criminals to track and capture your data.
